FULL-SERVICE BUFFET
(Not Applicable with Diamond Package)
Flat Rate: $350 (up to 3 hours)
• 1 Certified Food Service Manager ($45 for each additional hour)
• 2 Service Staff ($70 for each additional hour)
• Served from buffet temperature-controlled chaffing racks by our employee's
• Buffet setup & clean up
• Guest service, monitoring & refills
• Non-Alcoholic Drinks - Teas and Lemonades: +$7.00/gallon ~ 8 servings per gallon
• Bottled Water: +$10.00 per case of 24
Additional Staffing Cost:
• 1 Additional Service Staff $35 per hour (1 staff member for every 25 guests is recommended)

Venue Fees:
In rare situations where a venue’s rules or conditions prevent us from safely or legally providing service, we may need to pause or discontinue service. If this occurs, we’ll communicate promptly and do our best to work with you on next steps. Customer will be responsible to pay any and all venue fees directly to the venue.
