All catering packages are priced per person and require the minimum guest counts listed. Pricing reflects buffet-style catering and does not include service-level or venue fees unless noted. We understand that BK’s BBQ – Best In The West! may come in a bit higher than some other catering options—and we’re comfortable with that. Our pricing reflects the quality, care, and consistency we bring to every event.
Each of our catering packages is built around chef-driven menus, premium ingredients, and true low-and-slow barbecue, prepared on-site using our mobile smoker whenever possible. We don’t cut corners with pre-cooked meats, rushed timelines, or mass-produced sides. What you’re paying for is real barbecue, made from scratch, by professionals who take pride in their craft.
Our guest minimums allow us to maintain proper portioning, food safety standards, staffing levels, and service quality—ensuring that every client receives the same high-level experience, whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale event.
In short, we focus on doing fewer events the right way, rather than more events the cheap way. If you’re looking for the lowest price, we may not be the best fit—and that’s okay. If you’re looking for dependable service, bold Texas flavor, and a caterer who treats your event like it matters, you’re in the right place.
To provide our best, we recommend the following when scheduling:
Parties of 15 Schedule at least 7 days before event
Parties 16-30 Schedule at least 14 days before event
Parties 31-50 Schedule at least 30 days before event
Parties 51-100 Schedule at least 60 days before event
Parties 101-500 Schedule at least 90 days before event
Parties 500+ Schedule at least 180 days before event
