Veteran-led and chef-driven, BK’s BBQ was founded by husband-and-wife team Barry & Kristen Kammer, combining disciplined leadership, culinary training, and genuine hospitality. As Executive Chef and Pitmaster, Barry, a US Navy Veteran & Culinary School of Fort Worth, Texas graduate, has spent years refining his approach to barbecue—blending classic Central Texas methods with bold, original rubs and sauces developed exclusively for our menu. Every brisket, rib, and smoked protein is cooked low and slow on our mobile smoker, never rushed and never outsourced.

We specialize in full-service catering and event-based barbecue, serving everything from intimate backyard celebrations to weddings, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings across the DFW metroplex, and beyond. Our menus are thoughtfully designed, our portions are generous, and our service standards are professional and reliable—because when you trust us with your event, we treat it like our own.

We offer a selection of seasoned hardwood for smoking, including Pecan, Oak, Mesquite, Hickory, and more (depending on the season). We offer 21 handcrafted rubs and 16 house-made sauces, developed exclusively for our menu. Backed by carefully planned logistics and insurance-supported operations, BK’s BBQ is built on consistency, quality, and respect for our clients. No shortcuts. No compromises.
