Flat Rate: $250 (90-minute serving window)
+ plus an additional $2 per guest
• Staffed appetizer service
• Tray-passed or stationary displays
• Continuous replenishment
• Light cleanup during and afterwards
• 1 Certified Food Service Manager (90-minutes)
• 2 Additional Staff (90-minutes)
Additional Staffing Cost:
• $35 per staff per hour over allotted time
Note - It is highly recommended to plan for 1 tray-passing staff member for every 25 guests.
EVENT LOCATION PRICING
• Private Home: No fee
• Standard Venue: +$2 per person
• Premium Venue: +$4 per person or $250 flat (whichever is greater)
Final staffing counts are determined by guest count, service level, venue logistics, and event duration.
Please note that none of our staff are authorized to pour drinks or tend a bar. If you would like bar service at your event, I have some trusted bartenders that I can pass along their information to you.

All catering packages are priced per person and require the minimum guest counts listed. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. Pricing reflects buffet-style catering and does not include service-level or venue fees unless noted. In rare situations where a venue’s rules or conditions prevent us from safely or legally providing service, we may need to pause or discontinue service. If this occurs, we’ll communicate promptly and do our best to work with you on next steps. Customer will be responsible to pay any and all venue fees directly to the venue. A 3.08% PayPal Fee will be added to your order when paying online. A $100 return check fee will apply to any returned checks. Additionally, none of our staff are authorized to pour drinks or tend a bar. If you would like bar service at your event, we have some trusted bartenders that I can pass along their information to you.
