• 2 Smoked Meats (choose up to 2): Pulled Pork, Turkey Breast, Ham, Sausage, Chicken Quarters, Brisket, or Ribs
• 2 Sides (choose up to 2): Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Baracho Beans, Elote Mexican Corn, Green Beans, Fries, Tator Tots, or Mac ’n Cheese
• Smoked/Traditional Peach Cobbler or Banana Pudding

$28 per person

• Smoked/Traditional Peach Cobbler or Banana Pudding

All catering packages are priced per person and require the minimum guest counts listed. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. Pricing reflects buffet-style catering and does not include service-level or venue fees unless noted. In rare situations where a venue’s rules or conditions prevent us from safely or legally providing service, we may need to pause or discontinue service. If this occurs, we’ll communicate promptly and do our best to work with you on next steps. Customer will be responsible to pay any and all venue fees directly to the venue. A 3.08% PayPal Fee will be added to your order when paying online. A $100 return check fee will apply to any returned checks. Additionally, none of our staff are authorized to pour drinks or tend a bar. If you would like bar service at your event, we have some trusted bartenders that I can pass along their information to you.
